Is there support for the use of the tool? What support does XOVI offer?
XOVI helps you online and offline with training in the use of the new tool. Access the free webinars and seminars in our XOVI Academy. You can also find some help online in the tool in the charts. What usage rights do I get with the purchase of XOVI?
XOVI is sold under two licensing models: Pro and Business. The main difference between the two versions is the number of logins per license.
With XOVI Pro, you get single-user access to the XOVI suite under the license. This account cannot be used by multiple users simultaneously. With XOVI Business, although you still receive only one license, it can be applied to different accounts. For example, accounts for various users, such as marketing team members, can be set up and customized. A license for multiple users can be utilized in this way online.

Will I still be able to make good use of XOVI in the future?
Digital marketing is one of the most dynamic industries, constantly evolving with new metrics and formats. To stay ahead of these changes, we prioritize the continuous development of our software.
Since 2009, XOVI has been consistently updated with enhancements of varying scales, incorporating new features and even entirely new tools. This commitment will remain unchanged, ensuring that you can continue to rely on XOVI to meet the demands of the future.
Can I influence the development of features?
Our stated goal is to develop a product together with our customers that lends valuable support in your everyday work. Despite all our expertise, this of course is not possible for us without your help. We are grateful for any suggestions and will do our best to incorporate your wishes into the XOVI suite.
With the XOVI Suite V3 Revolution we have been able to incorporate many customer recommendations. The development work continues, however, and we continue to look forward to your feedback.

Do I get paid commission if I bring a customer to XOVI?
You love XOVI Suite so much, you’re bringing us a new customer? Super! You are welcome to participate in our partner program. You get a lifetime commission for a recruited customer of 20 percent on the price of the tool, for as long as the recruited customer remains with us. Learn more about our partner program.
Is there a different version for just one domain?
XOVI offers various versions of the XOVI Suite from €99 monthly net as an all-in one solution for your online marketing projects. We do not offer a version for merely a domain or a single project.
Test Account FAQs
How long does the Test Account last for?
You can test the XOVI Suite for a full 14 days, to your hearts content. The Test Account then ends automatically and does not lead into a contractual relationship. It does not need to be terminated. You will be notified by email at the end of the Test Account.
Does the Test Account terminate automatically or do I have to cancel it?
The Test Account ends automatically after 14 days. You will be notified by email and will then have the opportunity to purchase the tool.
Tool FAQs
How many projects can I create?
An unlimited number of projects can be created in the XOVI Suite. Gain a clear overview of all SEO projects with the XOVI Suite in one tool at no extra charge.
How many domains can I monitor?
The XOVI Suite offers you unlimited possibilities for domain analysis and monitoring. You can keep an eye on all your own domains and those of your competitors.
How many keywords do I have in the Rank Tracker?
For daily rank tracking, the PRO version provides 2,500 crawls per week. You have the flexibility to choose how frequently rankings are updated, ranging from daily to weekly. Crawls are calculated based on the formula: keywords * days * search engines. Need more crawls? Additional crawls can be purchased at any time for a small extra fee..
Can I put my account on hold?
It is not possible to pause the account. You can cancel the tool at the end of the contract term and reactivate it within 3 months. The projects you have created will be retained during this time. The general notice periods and contract terms must be observed.
Can my colleagues use the tool?
The XOVI Suite supports multiple logins, allowing you and your colleagues to use the tool simultaneously. However, please note that the project management features are optimized for effective use only with the Business Version.
Can I transfer my set keywords or must I re-enter everything after purchasing?
Yes, you can transfer your projects from the Test Account, including all keywords and reporting templates. Simply enter the Test Account login details in the order form to complete the transfer.
How often will the data in the Keyword Tool be updated?
The rankings in the Keyword Tool are updated weekly. The update is usually done on Sundays.
Can I also monitor my rankings internationally?
In the Keyword Tool we offer the SEO data for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a weekly update. You have to possibility to monitor keywords across40 countries.
Is it possible to give my customers a closer look?
Absolutely. You can create reports and share them with your customers either manually or automatically via XOVI. Additionally, you can grant your customers read-only access to the XOVI Suite, allowing them to view their specific project. This could include insights into a particular competitor or targeted marketing measures. However, please note that customers will not be able to make any changes to the data or settings
Is there a white-label version of the XOVI Suite?
We currently do not offer a white-label version of our XOVI Suite. As soon as we do offer this option in our product range, we will inform you via newsletter.
Contract & Payment FAQs
The cancellation period is 14 days before the end of the current contract term. For example, if you have a monthly contract and receive your bill on the 17th of each month, your notice of termination must be submitted at least 14 days before the 17th of the following month. In this case, your notice would need to be received by the 3rd of the month. You can submit your termination request via email to [email protected] or by post or fax.
How much does XOVI cost?
XOVI, with all its current and future features, is available at a cost of either €99 (XOVI Pro) or €149 (XOVI Business) per month (net), depending on the model. These prices apply to all new customers who register, for example, online under the current terms, provided the contract continues without interruption. We offer a price guarantee, ensuring these rates remain unchanged regardless of any new tools, areas, or features introduced in the future.
There are no setup fees. Additionally, you can upgrade or downgrade between the XOVI Pro and Business versions at any time. For a detailed overview of pricing and included services, please refer to our online price list, which is designed to answer all your questions
Will additional costs be charged to me?
If you decide on the XOVI Suite you receive a comprehensive all-in-one-tool for an all-in one price. Normal use of the XOVI suite is not connected with any further costs. There are no modular charges or any obligation to purchase the capacity for domain comparison, exports, or historical data on additional costs.
We do offer extra services to our customers, which are in turn connected with extra investments. Examples of such extras are:
- The increase of the crawling scope for OnPage analyses
- Activation of parallel OnPage analyses
- Increasing the number of API credits
- Extra crawls within the keyword monitoring
- SMS credits for alerts and other notifications
